Adjust your practice times based on your age group:
- Ages 11 & Up: 8:00 to 9:00 AM
- Ages 10 & Under: 9:00 to 10:00 AM
Both Welch and Penns Valley teams swam well tonight.
A HUGE THANK YOU to those who volunteered to make this meet run so well and finish by 8:10 PM! (The sun was still up!!!)
- Swimmer entry sign-ups will be taken at practice for next TUE's (7/21) HOME meet make-up vs. SPRA.
- CHAMPS sign-ups are also being taken on the white index cards.
