But with that in mind we have two important reminders:
- Morning Team Practices begin Thursday (6/12). Please refer to the Practice Times tab located at the top of the blog for your swimmer's age group practice time.
- TEAM MOCK/Practice MEET at WELCH POOL
Saturday (6/14) 7:45 AM to 10:00 AM - only 3 days from now!
Our first Mock/Practice meet is this Saturday (6/14)! The mock meet helps the new swimmers (and parents) learn how a swim meet works without the pressure of competing against another team. During this abbreviated meet swimmers will likely be able to swim 3 individual events or possibly 2 individual events and 1 relay event. Swimmer event sign-ups will be taken at the Thursday and Friday morning practices.
To run this short meet we need parent volunteers to fill all the meet volunteer positions described on the Volunteer Positions tab/page that can be found within the top of the blog's navigation bar.
